Helper – Responsible for assisting Cleaning Pros on the job site. Helpers may also be assigned individual jobs occasionally that allow for training growth.

Pro – Responsible for individual client homes on a regular basis. Will work with Lead Pro or Cleaning Manager for guidance in routine, procedures, and supply distribution. May assist manager in training of new employees.

Lead Pro – Responsible for the implementation of job procedures and guidance to Pro/ Helper team members. May assist manager in training of new employees, estimate process and procedure development.

Manager – Responsible for the oversight and supervision of employees, jobs, estimates and supply acquisition. Manager will work with Owners to develop strategies for marketing and expansion.
